I hope you are right.

The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire. Here's the source tweets https://twitter.com/kellylynnedang/status/1654527469993742336
Greg Eagles just teased that he's doing something grim for Cartoon Network.
Uhhhhhhhh...what?!
I hope the guy who originally made Billy and Mandy is involved
New theme music also a boxAs recently as last week he said he was going to make something for You Tube... but a lot can change in a short period of time.
If we hear something from Richard Horvitz or Grey De Lisle, then we'll know it's in gear.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."So, that photo of Greg Eagles doing voice work as Grim?
It's for a Jellystone special, not for anything Billy and Mandy related. Apparently there's going to be a Jellystone special full of classic and "unwanted" CN characters showing up.
...kind of an oof right there.
unwanted being fairly tongue in cheek..I hope
New theme music also a boxThis is still good news anyway. I wonder who else will be in it... can we hope for the Red Guy? Weasel? Maybe even Robot Jones or Sheep?
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Considering Jellystone is helmed by C.H. Greenblatt, I'm hoping for at least one Chowder character to show up.
Radda radda radda?
New theme music also a boxOn the one hand, I think this is cool and it'll be neat to see a bunch of obscure classic CN characters again, but on the other, I just hope this doesn't lead to these "unwanted" characters being dragged them through the mud (at least not in a way that the characters' fans can't also laugh at) or turned into antagonists or anything, or else I feel like the fans of these characters will just end up pissed off.
Good point, yeah

"I shall not be foolish again, my dear Gwendolyn!"I doubt it'll be anything different from what CN used to do. Remember, the guy in charge at Jellystone worked on a couple of those shows, and even created one...
Did we ever hear anything about the episode with Andy Merrill coming back to voice Brak?

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Billy and Mandy is over 20 years old at this point so I think it should count as classic.
It's been 3000 years…Ripe for Cartoon Network to piss all over it!
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here....Y'all do remember that Greenblatt was one of the main writer/storyboarders on Billy and Mandy, right? It'll probably be good-natured ribbing. I'm mostly a little bummed that it's just a crossover thing and not CN changing their mind about that Billy and Mandy special. Eh, at least it's still a mainstay whenever they do those Youtube livestream marathons.

I’m hoping for Infinity Train and Final Space cameos. Given they were UNWANTED BY ZAZLAV.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire. You may remember that back in 2000, there was a show on CN called JBVO, where Johnny Bravo played cartoons that viewers requested. You may also remember that one episode featured a viewer that requested an episode of Dragon Ball Z, and to fit it on the show, Johnny fast-forwarded through it and commented on what was going on.
You may think I'm making it up. Well, here it is. Someone just found it.

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Despite HBO Max removing Mao Mao, CN still owns it right?
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life.Yes, they still own all the shows they removed.
Yooooo, holy shit! That's been a really wanted find in the lost media scene for a while now! Kinda crazy it's finally been found.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Apologies for the double post, but LSuperSonicQ released a video talking about JBVO now that the DBZ episode has been found:
Turns out the person who found it actually has the entire series on VHS because their mom worked at Cartoon Network at the time (yes, really). They and a friend have been posting the videos one by one to archive.org now that they have the tools to digitize them.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Holy shit it's like a "my uncle worked at Nintendo" situation but legit lmao
She/they. Hirrus Clutumnus is my comfort characterFunnily enough, this happens yesterday, and today someone found the lost Hanna-Barbera film Rock Odyssey... lucky breaks upon lucky breaks for CN fans!

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."And they’re reporting that Adult Swim is moving up to 6 pm because kids aren’t watching Live TV anymore.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Careful, that report is from Cord Cuttter News and no one else has confirmed. They're not a terrible biased source or anything but they were some spelling errors here and on Twitter that make me wary.
Well, the Warner Bros. Discovery Upfront is in a week, so we should get a clearer picture concerning the Cartoon Network brand then.
