Honestly, of those, the only one that I really like is the second Kida pic◊. I'll do some looking.

My favourites are 12 or 13, for clarification.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableWith 12 and 13, the Narnia ones, it's not just white hair. She's all white. The current is good not just for the bird, but the scarf swirling around her. The gold eyes are a good touch too.
Edit: 2, 3, and 4 aren't bad. 4 is my favorite of those.

There's galadriel◊ who's inhuman but not magical.
Looks blonde.
Check out my fanfiction! Before it was edited the page said blonde counts. I was not aware of an agreement to take that away.
I wasn't involved in the discussion, but it's not in the spirit of the trope as I understand it. Blonde is completely natural (and relatively common where I live), especially for younger people.
Check out my fanfiction!I like the first.
An unnaturally pale blonde might count (there was some argument over Nuada and Nuala), but Galadriel isn't really that. Otherwise, yes, that is the gist.

The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableHow about something like this? It's Saruman the White: The Lord Of The Rings
I was just trying to think of characters that would fit and search for pictures.

He's old. While that's not strictly a disqualifier (I think), it doesn't really show anything unusual or supernatural with it.
Check out my fanfiction! How about this◊? Younger. Obvious mysticalness and hair. Bonus points for technically not being magic.

No long hair or long beard, but younger?! It's the same actor at about the same time.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Why not a picture of Santa Claus? White hair and he's mystical and well known.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMAlso old. Generally speaking.
Check out my fanfiction!Yes. The hair shows that he's a happy old grandfather figure, not that he's magical. Plus it makes for a nicer colour scheme.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. What about Princess Yue from Avatar: The Last Airbender? [1]◊

She was already suggested in the OP, but those images weren't very good. Here's a better one from fanart. [1]◊
I actually really like this one.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Yeah. Sorry. I fell victim to the too-many-suggestions-at-once problem. After looking at 1, then 2, then 3, etc and then I just stopped. Guess I'm just lazy like that.

Looking at those two, I kinda think 300 px would be best... Or 350 px height, not sure.

Check out my fanfiction!I'm kind of eh on 21... the proportions don't seem right to me.
I've found other fanart of the same character in similar poses that I prefer: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
In the name of options (and the possibility of choosing a male character so as make continued mistakes with the previous trope name less likely):
- Aisling (Film.The Secret Of Kells) - [6]◊ [7]◊ [8]◊ [9]◊
- Ginko (Anime.Mushishi) - [13]◊ [14]
- Ash Landers (Anime.Black Butler) - [17]◊
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
Mystical White Hair was just renamed from White-Haired Pretty Girl. The current image is pretty, but not very mystical (there's a slight indicator toward Friend to All Living Things in the bird, but that's about it).
Suggestions that have come up in the TRS thread:
- A Song Of Ice And Fire: Daenerys Targaryen - [1]◊ [2]◊ [3] [4]◊ [5]◊ [6]
- Atlantis The Lost Empire: Kida - [7]◊ [8]◊
- Avatar The Last Airbender: Yue (?) - [9]◊ [10]◊ [11]◊
- The Chronicles Of Narnia: Lilliandil, the Star's Daughter - [12]◊ [13]◊ [14]
