Also, it looks like some threads' posts simply disappear when I open the thread, only to reappear when I reload.

That just happened to me, too. Everything on the page loaded fine except for the 21 posts on the thread; I didn't see any of them, just a blank space where they should have been.

Refreshes aren't fixing it for me. I have to strip the post number from the URL.

This seems to affect index bars on the wiki too, apparently. They sometimes lack the next items.

I've been seeing the 'disappearing posts' thing too, just starting when I came on a short time ago. Refreshing seems to fix it, but it can take multiple hits on the refresh button.

Still experiencing more forum problems than the usual.
I'm getting the whole "topic doesn't show up" thing too. I've seen this happen twice; On old topics, and on recent ones. Old ones are eh, but the recent ones are somewhat of a problem, as it means I can't view posts correctly.
When I do refresh, it immediately forces me to the top of the page instead of keeping me at the current post. It's very annoying, truthfully.(especially in a topic I'm replying to)
The blank topic error seems to be ocurring about 15% of the time

I just recently got the same "the messages don't show" error just a minute ago.
It had seemed to have cleared up when the attempted fix was installed, but now it's more common than ever
When I click on a thread and no posts show up, refresh doesn't work; I have to use the Back button and click the thread link again. I'm using iPhone.

There's your problem right there. 
Seriously, about another day after I started this post, the forum index formatting seems to have straightened itself out, and I haven't gotten the "wide format, search on bottom" formatting since then.
Haven't gotten the other stuff mentioned in here at all, so can't comment on that.

My cookies on my computer seem to have just been deleted out of nowhere (and the site sent me to a page saying as much when I clicked on a link to the Funny.Josh Jepson page of all things).
I tried logging back in, but it kept saying "Woops. No handle." So I tried making a new account in order to report the issue, but I kept getting the "We'll need a password to do this" message.
I seem to be still logged in on my phone...but for how long?
EDIT: Wow, that was fixed in the long-ass time it took for me to type all that.
