Well besides the Sullies and Turings basically asking to die, its off to a good start. Though, how are we supposed to introduce our characters?

I wouldn't say they were asking to die but whatever.

I don't know how you're meant to introduce your character. It's your character, you should figure out something like an Action Prologue or In Medias Res or something.

The point is all the characters will end up in the same SERVE HQ as Dan and Summer and they will all be working together on defeating the monsters and solving the conspiracies and gambits going on.

Are the aliens anything like the BETA?

I dunno.

The monsters were sent down by the main aliens to our planet for reasons currently unknown.

They can be a various looks and are very eldritchy so you know have fun with it.

That one monster I used in my post isn't all that important.

So that means we, the players; have free reign on what kind of aliens will show up?

You are a very kind GM. And would you be interested on my take on why the aliens came to earth?

EDIT: One more thing, will the pilots be able to feel pain of their Machines?

Yeah I'm very kind.

You can go ahead and tell me why you think the aliens are attacking but keep in mind I already have the plot planned out which includes an explanation for that. The aliens that show up will be huge monsters but their looks will always be different.

As for Machine Empathy, hmm I don't know. I'm certainly not applying it to Dan and Summer's mechs but if you want you can add it in.

The Empathy thing is more of a Dangerous Forbidden Technique since it allows a pilot far greater control over his machine; albeit at the cost of neurological damage and possibly death, since the shock from the pain can either cause the pilot to suffer a heart attack if his mech has been hit with a hard enough attack or go to into respiratory arrest when the pain signals get too strong and too abundant for the pilot to handle.

I think that could work, it could be one of the modes for a mech to help gain stronger and better control over it like the Ultimate Mode.

Well, I guess Hans could have it seeing that I mentioned brainwaves.

Faith's Mecha is pretty much a giant pyrokinetic Cyborg with a minor healing factor so it actually seems natural she'll be able to bond with it and suffer pain when its hurt. Yes, I'm pretty sure my first post is crap. I can certainly fix it if required, though I might not know how to alter it...

I'm also guessing that the two pilots Eduard meets at the end of his post might be Dan and Summer?

Whoever wants to, honestly. Anyone climbing out of their mech is a target of the handshake. Go on and initiate it, yourself, go ahead. Anyone else may as well.

We'll have all the characters meet up as Dan and Summer walk in.

Thus setting up our main group.

How much more do you want us to talk, and when do you intend to begin the next plot event?

I'd say not long unless there's anything else you guys want to do then my next post will start up the group working together as a team to take down their first monster together.

Speaking of that, you're going to reveal your mechas' actual abilities soon? Aren't we still missing some members of the party, or will we quietly ignore them until the battle is over?

I kept the conversation going so the missing players could come in soon.

And yes I will be revealing the abilities of Mexa-One and Nexus-One when Dan and Summer use them

Is the "pilot suit" I gave Emil too risque to be the standard issue one?
