Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I hate to do this, but Saw Blades of Death has been launched again, only two days after it was sent back, no 24 hour launch notice, and the last activity on the draft was literally the minute before the draft was launched.

They did at least allow the conversation to play out a little more, but... yeah, they still rushed to a launch before making sure everything was well and truly resolved (and again with no warning).

Question. If the sponsor launched a draft without any say or any recent contributions despite being grabbed by another, is it a stealth launch or a rogue launch?

Unlaunched that one. ~surgoshan, you need to announce at least 24 hours in advance that you intend to launch a TLP.

Yeah, I did see NPC Boom Village but it's not a cut and dry unlaunch case and I wasn't ready for my first unlaunch to be something so ambiguous.

Looking into the NPC Boom Village draft, it doesn't appear that it was grabbed by anyone else.
After discussion, the user has been pm'ed a reminder of the 24 hours notice requirement for launch and a note on the incident has been made.

I mean, the last grabber, Tenben, hasn't been around for almost a year. By then it was up for grabs. Then out of the blue, came the original sponsor launching it. No announcements too.

If your draft doesn't have any lingering issues, then you can post a 24-hour launch notice at the draft or adding it at the title. Make sure you remove the notice if you're adding the notice at the title.

I don’t remember seeing a notice ahead of the launch of Sugar Causes Hyperactivity when it went out on Sept. 13. It at least was launched by the sponsor Dezz Marie 95, who sat on the trope despite being relatively ready for months. It has also gone through a lot of needed editing and polishing by other tropers since then, which suggests they didn’t do the needed polishing beforehand.
A cursory look suggests it hasn’t been crosswicked yet, either.

Hate to have to post about this again, but a second cursory look at Sugar Causes Hyperactivity (launched best I can tell with no notice, on Sept. 13) suggests it still hasn’t been crosswicked as of today.
I did so myself for the Dogs of C-Kennel example as I keep an eye on that Works Page, but nothing else looks like it has been.

I mean, on a technicality we can't send drafts back anymore solely for missing a notice, but we can ping the sponsor and ask them to start doing so in the future. AFAIK the drafts haven't had any issues that would prevent them from launching.
