Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Capricious Recruiter only has 2 examples, "Appears to" occurs twice, which was said in TLP to break Anti-Arguability.

Orientalism is also not really well written, and really obfuscates the actual idea of Orientalism, which is a genuine term in scholarly theory and should probably not be messed with.

I think it makes the idea of warring cities very clear, and it's not like there's issues with Aliens in Cardiff or "London, England" Syndrome (etc).

I think this is where we go for work page stubs, right? VideoGame.Fire Emblem Warriors was launched a couple days ago without a trope list (it was properly indexed and has an passble description). I'll try to squeeze some tropes out of the only existing trailer so the page doesn't need to be deleted.

Order Is Not Good was somehow launched despite the fact that a) it's more a rant against than the trope than a description of it, and b) its English grammar is questionable. Fighteer told me to bring it here, so here I bring it.

x2 I was able to squeeze out three tropes (the minimum requirement) from the trailer, so moving the page to a sandbox isn't necessary. It will naturally fill out once more info on the game is made available.
new page Puzzlement About Payment is, in short, Not A Trope. I kept prompting them in YKTTW, but the sponsor and friends kept saying "it's not just when someone says it, it's when they say it and mean this". Which is, you know, exactly the same thing, and definitely not a trope. And, to boot, there was a lot of rejection towards the name.

I think Orientalism is trying to be a Useful Notes page, but it was recently launched into the Main/ namespace. I'm not sure exactly what notifier to send them, unless it's just the namespace one.
(It had 9 hats, 1 bomb at launch and was about 5 years in TLP. There were about 11 months between last comment and launch.)
Also, unless anybody says not to, I think I'm gonna make a crowner for some of these backlog tropes as mentioned in this comment.
