For the uninitiated... A contingent of tropers (mostly from across America) holds regular get-togethers over the Interwebs on this site called Synchtube which lets individuals, such as ourselves, open and join in text-based chatrooms within typical web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, et. al.) that allow the chat participants to view YouTube videos in synchronization with everyone else present (without even needing to set up an account)... and we've decided to use said chatrooms to play cheeseball webvideos and feature-length movies found in the public domain which stretch all the way from letters B to Z, which everyone subsequently riffs on a la MST3K.
For over EIGHT years, everybody who gets involved mostly finds good enjoymentnote in calling out tropes that are recognized in the videos and stories and coming up with jokes to fling back at whatever's happening on the screen, many of which turn into various in-jokes and running gags (a Coven Glossary is kept and maintained for everyone's help and convenience HERE) to repeat in the chat.
We're always looking for new ways to better coordinate and expand our activities and are more than happy to welcome newcomers interested in joining our gatherings.

So yeah, Monday night is an Olympics-themed slasher movie. And for everything I read about THAT as a theme, IM Db's plot synopsis merely states, "A mad javelin thrower kills teenagers in the school. All promising athletes are executed in the most brutal way. Especially naked girls in dressing-rooms or saunas."

Cyborg 2 was... OK. Although, most of the other guys found it rather boring throughout most of it. I was mildly entertaining throughout the thing.

For me, the real highlight was the vane and hammy hitman... with an honorable mention of Jolie throwing a gun at a mook, and that mook falling backwards (firing his own gun in that same direction) and killing all his buddies.

Vane guy was cool but the highlight for me was Mercy... he had the best lines in my opinion. I couldn't hate him. I can't believe I didn't notice that scene when I was watching it.
Also, I recommend Freddie As FRO 7 as a possible film to watch on Synchtube. If you need more convincing about the film, just watch this clip.

We couldn't think of our second best worst movie earlier, and I just remembered it's GYMKATA (and Heaven must have some KICK ASS movie trailers now).
Anyway, tomorrow, you WILL believe that a Weng Weng can FLY!
EDIT: Also, I suddenly remember that I won't be around tomorrow night (not at 8:00, anyway). So Prom or somebody else will have to be on hosting duty.
