Glad to hear Rick's back. Stupid death was stupid.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."I'm looking foward of Karolina Dean becoming a superhero using her "Lucy In The Sky" alias.
Does she wear diamonds?
Wake me up at your own risk.×2
Unfortunately it doesn't seem like he's happy about it. But i agree, glad to have him back.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"One of the things i really hate about Secret Empire is that they killed Rick unceremoniously for cheap drama reasons to Occupy Avengers.
Huh? They didn't kill him in Occupy Avengers, they killed in the main book. Heck, he wasn't even a part of Occupy Avengers.
Man, Marvel really are keeping up with the DCs. In the words of Master Yoda, "How embarrassing".
Don't forget Red Sonja is also there with Dynamite having the publishing rights of the character especially the she's being divorced from Conan since she was originally a spinoff character

Marvel still has the rights to publish their own stuff — and they did make Red Sonja comics back in the '70s.
Question, I remember reading somewhere that Maria Hill is latina according to Bendid. Anyone able to confirm this?
Caught up with Champions. It's not perfect. The second volume introduces a bunch of new members that are mostly there to be there and aren't given much attention, but it's clear the focus is on the members from V1, so that's okay. The book still manages to flesh out the core cast well enough, and there's some good stuff there. It's also very new-reader friendly. If there's something going on in another book related to Champions, it will give you the gist without making you read a bunch of other titles just to figure that out. Ultimately it's fun, and it's gets better with every issue. If you're interested in reading up on the latest gen of Marvel heroes, it's a good book to check out.
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundYeah, he confirmed that on his tumblr a few years back, "1/4 latina" accordinglyto him. Just the other day I checked that since I got into a argument with someone about her being whitewashed in the MCU, since Bendis practically never told anyone that she was supposed to be Latina. Bendis' tumblr post was from 2014, 2 years after the release of the first Avengers and Maria's first appearance in the MCU. Before that, there was no indication that Maria was Latina, so it wasn't a case whitewashing, and Bendis was more guilty for not revealing that she was supposed to be Latina earlier.

I think Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes was trying to acknowledge her latina heritage given she she has a darker skin tone than the white characters.
So, I found out that there’s Unbeatable Squirrel Girl YA books, written by Shannon and Dean Hale, and they actually aren’t half bad.

For anyone wondering if the books are for them, each book features a solid two-pages of squirrel names, and the second one has Thor go on a page-long monologue on why Earth has better socks than the other realms.
So, you know, take those facts into consideration.
Also, the main human supporting character - who gets her own viewpoint chapters - is deaf, and the Hales worked with actual deaf people to get a lot of details right. Which is cool.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics. Why does Earth have better socks?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersRead the second book and find out!
But mostly it's because the other realms socks just kinda sucks. Too flimsy or too hot or too cold or too smelly, and Asgard just doesn't use them. But Midgard makes good, comfy socks, sometimes with cute designs on them.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Earth always surprises. What's next? The Kree ending up becoming addicted to Master Chef?
Wake me up at your own risk.x4 There’s also wacky group chats with the avengers. (And a running gag of people being creeped out by Bucky)

I picked up the the first two issues of the most current run of "Marvel Team Up", featuring Kamala Ms. Marvel and Peter Parker Spider-Man.
It's actually pretty fun. the plot involves the Jackal stealing some type of goober that is supposed to upload people's personalities or something, which is really just an excuse to do a "Freaky Friday" Flip between Peter and Kamala, but it's still pretty fun, and Kamala and Pete have a nice dynamic.

Peter seems to go through a lot of Freaky Friday flips.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"The story even mentions that he installed a chip in himself to try and stop it from happening, but it isn't working right.
The Parker Luck strikes again!
