It is certainly not thriving, with 23 wicks and 17 inbounds.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI support a rename. The current name is far too vague.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdWhat should it be renamed to?
Also, the first 2-3 lines of the description can be improved.
It should be more popular than this, shouldn't it? I support a rename for that reason. Also and .
The dullest name I can think of is Reverse Evil Twin. A slightly better one might be Evil Twin Impersonation. If you think that's too ambiguous because it might refer to the Evil Twin impersonating the Good Twin, I can only really think of Impersonating the Evil Twin.

The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. This name is just weird. Hard to remember and easy to put the words in the wrong order. I'm not surprised that it's doing so badly.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!And it's wretched dialog.
Look like good suggestions.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanTechnically, I think it's lyrics, not dialog. The name comes from a Beatles song. A song that has nothing to do with the trope. A song, in fact, whose lyrics are notorious for being cryptic, right down the to title, "I Am the Walrus".
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee. It's still dialog, and these are hard to fit into sentences so that they get underused.
Do we get a Single Prop Rename crowner here?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'm sorry, did you somehow mistake my comment for a defense?
Yeah, crowner this one up; severe underuse is a great reason for renaming, and non-indicative and dialog-like are excellent secondary reasons.
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee."Not dialog" did sound like a defense. Anyway, crowner and hook-hollering.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanTechnically, I think it's a monologue, not dialog.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Crowner's hooked.
Reverse evil twin sounds like the evil twin parody used in Futurama and South Park where you have a jerk character with a good twin.
Crowner called.

Crown Description:
Vote up for yes, down for no.
I created this trope long ago, back when tropes were studded with random references to other things. It's a fine trope (it's about when the original character is disguised as the Evil Twin rather than the other way around), but badly needs a new name. What should we do with it?
It probably should also be added to the Doppelgänger index.
