He looks like an insufferable genius (and is wearing a t-shirt with DNA double helices). Don't watch the show and seems fine to me. Not a stretch. If you know of better, suggest it. (Note none of the previous threads have any suggestions for improvement, and obviously it wouldn't be pulled without replacement. Please use the "search forum titles" box before starting a thread, in the future.)

Well, his expression is clearly condescending, and his T-shirt has the science bits.
All previous IP threads have been made without any suggestions provided in the OP. Seeing as it keeps staying around, I'd say it's good enough and definitely not pullable unless a good replacement comes up.

I know what DNA is, I'm saying it LOOKS like just some squiggly stuff to the average reader and doesn't convey "genius".

And it doesn't look like anything. It's hardly the focal point of the image and I didn't even notice it until it was pointed out in a previous thread.

Much more plausible that it's a relative exception that you personally don't like it; which is fine, but it doesn't mean anyone who disagrees is crazy.
Not spectacular, but not too bad... certainly replaceable but haven't seen anything better.

I didn't say anyone was crazy. But yes I do think it's odd that we tolerate this image and not other JAFAAC images.
Translated "[t]errible, JAFAAC image that people around here seem to be defensive about for some reason" as roughly "they're crazy". No? Okay.
It is not Just A Face And A Caption. It conveys the message, however weakly. No knowledge of context or other explanation is necessary to "get" the message. Defenses are "that is not JAFAAC", not "JAFAAC is okay".

Yeah, Sheldon is an example, but nothing in the image says "Genius" and his expression could be read as insufferable, but it's a stretch.
