Misused: Bishoujo Series

And I don't think we need a Special Efforts thread, there's only ~200 wicks to all of the bishoujo/bishoujo series complex. I can probably do them myself with maybe a little input from the peanut gallery.

The YKTTW looks ready to launch. 5 hats and the two comments are Just Launch It Already. I'll start sorting Bishoujo Series wicks for misuse, etc.

Yes, if we can get The Fast One to take a look at the YKTTW when he has a moment (if he ever has a moment), and OK the page-unlock.

Finished sorting through Bishoujo Series, tackling Bishoujo Genre redirect now.

Wait a minute, this is weird.

Bishoujo Genre takes you to the page about series. However, Bishoujo takes you to the page FE created, and while Main/Bishoujo shows up in the related page, the wiki page title says Bishoujo Genre.

What's going on?

There is still the custom title in there, on Bishoujo. It was added by FE presumably for the same reason that he locked the former redirect.

Hmm, in that case we need to make it Bishoujo again, otherwise, we're just asking for confusion. I dunno how to do it though. >.<

Either submit the proper name with a custom title request, or via the pinned thread in Tech Wishlist. I think it's the latter.

Update: Bishoujo Genre redirect sorted. Moving on to Bishōjo

Looks like we're all done now that the new article is launched. Hollering for a lock.

We do want to clean up uses as a trope. My internet is buggy at the moment, if it clears up later I'll see if I can get some done today, otherwise tomorrow.

Knocked that out yesterday.

Uses of Bishoujo/Bishojo, of which there are a couple hundred, not Bishoujo Series. Some should legitimately point to the new page, where the term is actually relevant, most are just "this character is attractive" and should get cut.

Oh, OK. "Bishoujo" wasn't listed as a redirect on the usage count page so I guess I assumed they had already been knocked out. I'll start sorting them now.

UPDATE 3: Two cups of coffee and I'm back. Done through P. Actually found two correct uses in a row.
