To be fair, in this case, we are seeing a flashback where the rest of the family is learning about Alluka's powers. Silva could've shifted his stance on pronoun usage as a result.

They most likely will, eventually if not immediately. I would hope Part 5's dub is ready to air when Part 4 is done, but that might not be possible.
