Accidental Innuendo has no purpose. It's just "I'm dirty-minded and find dirty stuff in innocent dialogue", for instance, every use of the word come ever, for some reason. (This was completely opaque to me until I looked it up. Now it's just irritating.)
The others should have their examples cut; Visual Innuendo faces the a similar problem, though not as egregiously, in that a lot of things might sorta resemble other things if you squint and are looking for such imagery. (There are also legitimate, intentional uses; I haven't gone through the examples recently, so they might have been cleaned up some.)

I must be cruel, but to be kind That bad may begin, and worse be left behindPretty sure that's why Accidental Innuendo is YMMV
So? Why have it at all? I'm probably mostly saying this because I find innuendo, multiple entendre, and subtlety in general difficult to grasp, but I have a hard time seeing why we need a page of "Things Some Tropers With Dirty Minds Can Take For Dirty."
I must be cruel, but to be kind That bad may begin, and worse be left behind"Why have it at all" is not a strong argument. The page serves a purpose and is a popular one.
...I think this should be in Special Efforts, similar to the Badass cleanup project.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI strongly disagree about the validity of this as an argument - one could have said the same thing for Troper Tales. But regardless, it belongs on the discussion for Accidental Innuendo proper. This thread is for the innuendo tropes as a whole.
Troper Tales was a separate thing from the main wiki, and is not comparable. Besides, the problems that had were completely different and far worse.
Again, Accidental Innuendo is a YMMV page, and is given more leeway when it comes to adding examples.

Can we close one thread, or decide which each covers? Right now, we seem to be discussing Accidental Innuendo in both - and only Accidental Innuendo in both.
The problems are directly comparable, though not quite as bad. And this isn't really part of the main site either - our primary focus is tropes in media, not Audience Reactions. As I said on the other thread, I don't think "make it in-universe" should be our default solution to all bad YMMV tropes, but the fact of the matter is that in-universe tropes will always be more on-mission for TV Tropes then Audience Reactions.
Again, though, this belongs on the other thread - the reason this was created was because the innuendo tropes as a whole have problems, mostly of the same sort. Specific discussion of Accidental Innuendo belongs on that thread.
Why have it at all?

What is this about? This wiki is a catalog of the tricks of the trade for writing fiction.
Frankly, a click-through of Accidental Innuendo could save someone's career. Remember, someone thought Shake Weights were a good idea.
In the TRS for Accidental Innuendo, it was determined that the problems that trope was having are shared by the other innuendo tropes. A Crowner was held, and the conclusion was to fix all of the innuendo tropes in one go.
