It was either a penguin or a panda, but the choice is far less black and white than you would think!

I read that second fluttershy one as "pouting" or "sad" and nowhere even remotely near "Ima kill you with my eyes".

I dunno, that looks more like Kubrick Stare...and even then, I wouldn't say it's a good pic because it's just a static mecha face at a convenient angle.

The demotivator one is big-time narm, though I am not sure whether that is a good thing or a bad thing.

I'm kind of starting to wonder how the demotivator is doing so well... it has not one but two water marks in addition to being pretty damn grainy.

Of my own suggestions, the last of the sand cat ones is my favourite. It has a genuinely somewhat creepy feel to it without looking grainy like the other sand cat one does.

Okay, these suggestions are getting out of hand...there's nothing in any of those cat pics that even remotely conveys this trope.

EDIT: The lack of good pics of Gibbs from NCIS looking angry has me flummoxed, he does this trope like few others.

I think the first "cat death stare" picture is actually passable. The sand cats, not so much.

They look like they are falling asleep (that's the way my cat does when its dozing off)

The first cat's expression doesn't say "angry" to me...if anything, I'd expect it to be saying "Really?!" or "Seriously?!"

Fictional tropes: something from a work is surely what we want. Don't care for the cats or the demotivator, etc. on that basis.

I was finally able to get a few Gibbs pics...not as good an expression as I'd like, but they're the best I could do tonight. Editing and posting tomorrow as time allows.

Willbyr, you sure you added Samara to the crowner? I can't see it (or maybe I'm just dumb).

Also, what about the "no" rageface?
