It's all in the intent. If they did a satisfying ending for the sole purpose of confounding players who expect a Mind Screw from them, then yeah, it'd be trolling.
If they did a satisfying ending just because they want to, without a thought for getting a reaction from the fanbase, then it wouldn't be trolling.

Now, we already know one of these, as it was semi-announced back in January - a game that somehow manages conectivity between the NGP and the Ps3. This leaves a whole host of other questions - is that the pre-existing series taken to its conlclusion or the other? What could the other possibly be? Could this kmessage be referring to both the N Gp and Ps3 game? Will this mean Hideo kojima will appear at two different conferences, or will both be for Sony? Is he gonna have a translator up there with him, or are we gonna have to sit through his, if we're being honest, pretty bad english? Why did Hideo Kojima agree to be photographed riding a duck?
