Audience reactions are on YMMV too. Everything fandom-related is on YMMV. Yes, this makes said tab a bit of a misnomer (and "subjective trope" an unwieldy blanket term), but I have no idea what else could be done. That is the moderator's call. Everything that has to do with how the audience responds to a work, whether immeasurable, ie. values judgments or measurable, ie. shipping and memes goes on that tab. Not everyone who visits the mainpage cares what the fandom thought, even if fan reactions did have influence.
Also, if you want to contest this, the thread about bannering/de-bannering on Wiki Talk might be a better place.

100% Audience Reaction. 100% YMMV.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickIt's YMMV because Jumping the Shark is a prerequisite, and Jumping the Shark is YMMV. Also, it's an Audience Reaction, and all Audience Reactions get the YMMV banner because they're not contained within the work itself.
Rhymes with "Protracted."The fandom is not part of the work (excluding Pro Wrestling). Therefore, it's not a trope.
Fight smart, not fair. How? there is not a single fandom extant that is so monolithic as to have only one reaction to anything. Any "objective measurement" of a fandom reaction is really a measurement of some part of the fandom, not the fandom as a whole. This is a YMMV.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.This is largely the problem we're having with the idea of YMMV. Popular Opinion does not equal fact or pure objectivity. No matter if you can somehow produce statistics that 99% of the fandom agrees, it's still a personal reaction and there is still that 1% that may disagree.
And since some forums are built with an entirely biased POV, it is likely anyone could find a place somewhere on the internet that supports their opinion. That doesn't mean it's an objective fact.
For instance, I've found the general reaction to Transformers Prime to be exceptionally positive, with only a few people saying it's so-so (but not horrible). Apparently there are forums that are out for blood against the show, if that forum is quoted does that suddenly mean the show is horrible?
Hence the distinction between YMMV and Audience Reaction — the problem is, that's also a complex and fuzzy enough thing that I think it was decided to be more trouble than it's worth to maintain very much...
132 is the rudest number.
While an individual's opinion on a work can vary Win Back the Crowd is not about individual opinions of a work, it is about the fandom's opinion as a whole. The fandom's opinion can be objectively measured and used to determine if the Trope is in effect or not.
You might not like an entry that the fandom as a whole does, but that doesn't mean that just because you don't like it the entry is not a fan favorite. You might also like entries the fandom as a whole feels are Dork Age, but that doesn't mean the fandom doesn't consider them weaker entries in the series. Actually in many cases it is more objective than that because it is possible to look at ratings or sales (whichever is applicable) to see where their were dips and what caused the series to come back from it. Win Back the Crowd is about when a fan favorite entry comes after an entry that either threatened to or did alienate fans, both of these can be objectively measured to determine w/o bias whether this trope is in effect or not. YMMV tropes are about individual tastes, Win Back the Crowd is not, therefore it does not belong in that category.
