Annoyed with herself, Gail threw forth her fifth and final, Pandora the Togekiss appearing behind an Aura Sphere flying at the Donphan.

"Who's next for that?" He asked, bringing a finger to the side of his nose, Kamui soon doing the same.

Stormchaser, slightly more recent but still past

Lo gives Ananpi the evil eye but flies them past the hills of the Wild Area to the parked airship. Wherever it is.

Channah: (disembarks) Okay, this is the Stormchaser. Belongs to the J-Team yadda yadda. I assume you've heard of em. Apparently it's alive now too? I dunno, I don't keep up on these things... (steps inside) Follow me, and don't wander off. It's bigger inside than you think. Plus I don't wanna get in trouble in case like, you die or something...

The Stormchaser

(Ananpi tilts his head in confusion upon seeing Lo's Death Glare, but eventually Ingrid- and Ananpi, by extension- see the Stormchaser in front of them. They get off of Lo and look up at it in wonder.)

Ingrid: "Woah..."

Ananpi: <This is really cool, chuu~!>

Ingrid: "You like it, Ananpi?"

(And then she hears Channah. Slightly intimidated, she nods hastily.)

Ingrid: "R-right..."

(She proceeds to follow Channah inside.)

Ann: -Looking up- Okay, the Thousand Fold Arms should be able to handle it.

Channah: Oh right, you've never been. (speaking to both Jack and Ingrid) Ersatz Alliance. It's a weird store with stuff. Last time I was there I saw something I never want to see again, so uh hopefully this time goes better.

After walking in a seemingly random path, she comes to a stop and starts to open a glass door, which turns out to be EA's. Then pauses.

Channah: Probably best if you don't going around touching sh- things willy-nilly, too.

Ingrid: "Oh... Y-yes of course..."

(She promptly enters the room, with Ananpi still on her shoulder.)

Channah: There should be a sales associate around here -

Ersatz!Channah: (pops out from behind a rack) Thatsa-me. Don't be afraid, it's just the uniform.

Channah: (looks at herself) Uh.

Ersatz!Channah: Yeah I know. I'm not here permanently. I'm on loan from another universe, since this one is short-staffed today. (smiles, voice rises an octave or two) How can I help/hinder you? Er, me?

Channah: Em. Well. (turns to Ingrid) This girl here is looking for some new threads.

Ersatz!Channah: Coolio! Probably need petites, huh? Lemme go look for something ill-fitting and outlandish. (disappears)

The Walking Mountain, Conflict Zone

Garuda: <If you'd surrendered, this could have ended much sooner.>

-The drones in the center of the battlefield are scrapped by a bombardment of laser fire. More drones arrive to fill the front as the scrap is drawn back to the factory for refurbishment.-

Garuda: <CO Power?>

-The enemy drones are filled with a surge of ghastly black and yellow lightning as their power amplifies. They begin to turn the stalemate into a forward push in their favor very quickly.-

Garuda: <... Well. Damn. Can I do that?>

???: =   NO   =

???: =   NOW SHUT UP AND DIE, DISSIDENT   =

-Garuda tries desperately to reform the ranks, but the forward push by the supercharged drones cuts any fortification attempts short with an alpha strike of charged laser fire.-

Garuda: <Uh oh. Uh oh uh oh uh oh.>

???: =   I SAID SHUT UP AN-    HUH=

-Both sensors pick up a small blip by the Usurper command node.-

??? =WHO THE HELL IS THAT=

-Selene is very tired.-

-Selene has been running around and keeping Dune from getting himself killed for the last eight hours.-

-Selene is done with this shit.-

-Normal!Selene used HYPER VOICE!-

-The unreinforced command node promptly begins to buckle under the vocal assault.-

-Two load-bearing pylons collapse and the node crumples like a wet cardboard box.-

-The drones deactivate.-

-Selene curls up for a nap right on the spot.-

Garuda: <... Oh, there she is.>

???: =THAT WAS A CHEAP SHOT=

Garuda: <In my defense, I didn't know she was even around.>

???: =DON'T EVEN COME TO THE NEXT FLOOR, I'LL BE WAITING=

-The connection ends with the abruptness and noise of a telephone slamming onto the receiver.-

Friendo wraps around MONARCH with a piece of spare silk, clinging to him like a backpack. Another stream of water shoots them up into the air, following after Suiko and co.

It is, thankfully (at least in their eyes), only clear to HUD!Vee that not!Daydre blushes for a second when Suiko picks them up.

"Oh, uh, right!"

"..Should we, uh, handle that?" They point at the now-free Salamence.

Stormchaser, September 13th

Daydre slowly wraps her arms around Megan in turn.

Her brain is sort of. Melting? Hugs are warm. Megan is warm. This is nice.

She's definitely not upset, at least in the negative way. Though she's also not exactly in a position to communicate that right now.

"I don't want to say it's nothing, a life is definitely not nothing and that was probably the most effort I've expended on something in a while, but I'd do it again."

"I feel like I should.. repay you? For being in my life? I like having you in my life."

And then she goes quiet for a while, to enjoy the hug.

(Ingrid looks over at the clothing, and then shakes her head.)

Ingrid: "No thanks. I was wondering if you have anything that will allow me to understand my Pokemon."

Chuckling musically, Pandora summoned a Dazzling Gleam.

It was all Gail could do to realize she had lost. She nodded sagely as her last Pokemon charged in.

Melony: Eiscue, use Hail!

Evelyn: Mirai, use Psychic!

Me: Ritchie, use Whirlpool!

Gordie: Stonjourner, keep hunkering down!

-Melony's Eiscue flaps his flippers and fires a blue orb of subzero energy into the air, gathering the clouds overhead and bringing down a storm of hailstones. The ice from the hailstones gather around Eiscue's head and combine into an ice cube.-

Melony: And this is the second half of Eiscue's ability. Should the ice cube surrounding Eiscue's head break, Eiscue can use the hail to create a new face, almost identical to the old.

-Mirai's eyes glow a bright pink as she surrounds Melony's Eiscue in a psychic field and throws the Penguin Pokémon around like a ragdoll.-

Melony's Eiscue: <Uh oh!>

-Ritchie glows with a blue aura as a swirling vortex of water forms over his head. Ritchie then throws the whirlpool at the safehouse of stone, trapping it in a relentless maelstrom.-

Gordie: Ha! You think that'll hurt my Stonjourner? As long as I have Stonjourner hunkered down in his protective Rock Tomb, he is essentially INVINCIBLE!

Me: I wouldn't count on that.

Gordie: HUH?!

-The whirlpool continues to wear away at the Rock Tomb.-

Me: I figured it out. When Melony's Eiscue used Surf, you had your Stonjourner use Rock Tomb to protect itself. However, water erodes rock, so your shields have been weakening with every attack that hits it.

Gordie: N-NO WAY!

'Me: It's true... And it should be collapsing right... about...

-Ian snaps his fingers.-

Me: now.

-And he was right. The constant stream of Water-type moves had been eroding the bunker Stonjourner had designed as a defense against Eiscue's Surf. The bunker collapses into a pile of rubble, exposing the Big Rock Pokémon.-

Gordie's Stonjourner: <OH NO!>

Me: NOW, EVELYN!

Evelyn: MIRAI, USE MAGICAL LEAF!

-Mirai surrounds herself in a magical flurry of rainbow-colored leaves, twirling around gracefully as she launches them at Gordie's Stonjourner, knocking him backwards and into the whirlpool surrounding him.-

Gordie's Stonjourner: <IT WON'T STOP FLUSHIIIIIIIIIIING!>

Me: Ritchie, use Bubble Beam on Eiscue!

-Ritchie then fires a barrage of bubbles at Melony's Eiscue.-

Silas looked over the details Dr. Williams had sent him, "So, we need to get some of these handled at some point," He muttered.

Bishop looked over his shoulder, "And it seems we have a request for transport, some of the researchers apparently want to get to the Mars base and see the effects of the lower gravity on pokemon meant for terrestrial environments."

"There are transport ships, they take 2 weeks to reach Mars but that's still a lot faster than what we were doing before," Silas noted.

"Captain, PEFE is well aware of the status of the Defiant Wing, it is aware of your Beskar, it is aware of many things. I keep them updated as part of our agreement to share information, they want your ship because it can get them there in no time at all."

Silas grumbled, "Later, maybe later, it's just a request, I can decline it for a number of reasons."

Roxy rolled her eyes, "Babe, you're making our job sound boring again."

Silas blinked, "It kind of is."

"I'm wearing a suit of power armor straight out of sci-fi while you're a warrior of an alien culture now! How is that boring?!"

Oblivion Wing

"Y'know despite the show," Kendall considered. "I never really saw the Wing in depth, I think. I remember hanging out with a couple of Ultra Beasts… I mean, I think that was on the Wing?"

"Don't ask me," Lamb defended, having adopted her persona for no reason other than she was a Bolt on the Wing. "I'm just as lost there as you."

"Maybe if we poke about some more we'll find that room again,” Kendall offered, to which Lamb nodded.

They might open a door to an already occupied room.

The doors to the cargo bay opened, Silas and Roxy looked over and saw Kendall and Lamb. Silas tilted his head before dismissing the concerns, they had access cards, they were in the ship's whitelist.

Roxy waved, "Heyo! Welcome on board, what brings you onto the ship today?"

Silas waved as well, "Yes welcome back aboard the Defiant Wing. Been doing a bit of a tour?"

Wing Cargo

"… tour, yeah," Lamb eventually decided, allowing herself a moment to remove her helmet and shake her hair loose.

"What's going on in here? Some new developments in armor?" Kendall asked. "Guess some things can't make it to the cartoon."

"Hm? Oh the armor, no not Bolts related. I got myself a new set awhile ago, Roxy wanted something more customized for herself," Silas explained.

"The cartoon is coming to an end anyways, only one season left, drops October 31st," Roxy added.

Silas nodded, "Anyways, this is a power suit Roxy requested since she wanted some fancier space gear."

Roxy grinned and held up the arm cannon, "Cosplay is a lot of fun."

Wing Cargo

As if to agree with her, Kendall surrounded himself in Obscura, which faded away to reveal his [Susano'o] armor from the Halloween before. He made one statement in it before he let it fade away, as gravelly as one would expect from such an imposing figure.

“Cheers, I'll drink to that, bro."

By the time the armor faded away Kendall and Kamui were both laughing.

"Ah… but yeah, sounds neat."
