Wait! Scolipede! It's me! Anom! Your trainer!

Scolipede: <I have no trainer! I am the lord of Unova! And no one will change that! Not you, not that pig, not the Krookodile, no one!>

-Bouffalant snorts and charges-

-I hold up a Wiki Berry-

Scolipede: <...! Bouffalant! Desssissst!>

-Bouffalant skids to a stop, falling over-

Scolipede: <Why do you offer me a Wiki Berry?>

Because they're your favorite, and unless you stop all this you're not eating them ever again.

Scolipede: <...I sssee. I sssee everything.>

<...I did not want it like thisss. Dessstruction and death everywhere. Bouffalant, we mussst take care of Napoleon, and leave thisss land.>

Bouffalant: <Dah, whatever you say boss.>

Scolipede: (Contacting Eelektross) <Eelektrossss! Ccceassse all work and meet me in the->

Cofagrigus: <Oh, no! You're NOT backing out now, master! I've already dispatched Eelektross, and if you're truly turning tail on us then you're next!>

-The palace begins to shake-

-At a corridor, Maekrite fights a Krookorok, a Seismitoad and a Timburr-

Maekrite (slids his horn thru the Krookorok's neck) — <There, one down...>

-stares at the others, then moves ears around-

Maekrite — <Damn it... can't let Silent get in danger...> — leers at the Timburr.

-Behind a random curtain, Vinollo is shaken by the effect of the combined Earthquakes, but manages to Endure, then consumes the one and only Sitrus Berry in his armor-

Vinollo (looks around furtively) — <That decides it. That team gets the Snorlax down soon, or I will.>

-Dad only looks mildly annoyed at Matchsticks's trick-

"Dad" — <I'll admit... that trick at least looks like it's something smart.>

-He dashes forwards and blocks the firewhip with an arm, suffering some damage; with a swift motion, Inka hops on "Dad"'s back and rolls up his shoulder and onwards, to release an Earth Power on the ground, and then "Dad" hops to one side to look for a direct angle of attack while charging up a Dynamic Punch-

-The ground begins to shake violently-

"What?! What's going on?!"

-Outside-

<Goon!Typhlosion: "What on earth is doing that?!">

<Goon!Emolga: "(*gulp*) Th-This doesn't feel good!">

Outside the castle, somehow not involved in the battle at the moment

Zoroark Red: <...yep. It's crooked.>

Zoroark Blue: <How can you really be sure? The sun, the vertical angle, the cloud movement... it could just be an optical illusion...>

Zoroark Red: <No, I've been looking at it very carefully. This building leans ever so slightly to the southeast.>

Yip! <Hey, did you feel a tremor?>

Zoroark Blue: <Yeah... weird. You'd expect them in the Angela region, not here... Huh.>

-turning back to look up-

Zoroark Red: <...huh. It's leaning northwest now.>

-Blobble is still making his way back when the ground shakes-

<..?>

Escavalier: <It is coming. We must get out of here! The great Escavalier demands it!>

-He slides an impaled Hitmonlee off of his lance and begins leading several troops out of the palace. Drapion does the same-

-The entire castle suddenly starts shaking.-

Lake: <WHAAAAHHH!!!>

Unite: <WHAT THE-?!>

Woolly: <WHAT'S HAPPENING?!>

Harriet: <MY GUESS? SOMETHING BAD!>

-Mezzo and her mons are thrown to the floor by the tremors-

Felis: <Do I want to know what that means?>

WHAT IS GOING ON?!

-Scolipede enters the room, and I follow riding on Bouffalant, having recalled Yanmega-

Scolipede: <Ccceassse this battle! We mussst all evacuate thisss building NOW!>

<...Napoleon. If you have even a shred of decccencccy left in you, I recommend you peacccefully lead your forccces outssside like I sssaid. Will you humor this one lassst command from your former leader?>

-Gets thrown to the ground by the shaking castle-

-To the north of the Pokemon League-

<Richard: "Ungh! They have military prototypes here too?!">

<DST!Dragonite: "What are you-">

<Richard: "THAT'S UNIMPORTANT! GET THOSE ILLUSIONS BACK UP AND PULL OUT! WE'VE GOT NO IDEA WHAT'S COMING FROM THAT PALACE!">

-The attackers on the north side begin to vanish in groups-

<??? #1: "What?! Th-They vanished!">

<??? #2: "They're putting up illusions again!">

-Motions at palace-

-Notices the ground shaking-

-Outside-

Aliroz: <The ground's shaking, and I think it's coming from the castle.>

Tropius: <Great.>

Rampardos: <I hope Tagg and the others are okay.>

Forecaster: <What are we waiting for, we need to get over there!>

-Everyone starts moving towards the castle-

-upon hearing Scolipede-

...Is the castle going to collapse? Sunny, grab Every and let's get out of here.

Sunny: <Right!> -telekinetically lifts Every up-

Felis: <What about the pig? I'm not leaving without taking his tail first!>

Shadow: <Just go. Or would you rather die?>

Felis: <Fine! Have it your way!>

-Mezzo and her mons run out of the throne room, Sunny still carrying Every-

-spends the rest of the battle protecting Artemis and Mira's body, wherever we go-

-recalls her pokemon and runs-

-to everyone else- Let's get out of here!

-Despite all that is happening, is sitting in the Entralink, singing quietly-

#She is returning through the dark...

Mother comes to take her mark...

The rule is ending, not long to wait...

Till the kingdom is replaced...

-Stands, uses branch for support-

They could be so much more...

-Starts walking towards the battlefield-

The legends returning... The League will be burning... The first human Elder has come to the masthead...

-Hums out the next few bars-

-Runs out of throne room along with Luke as fast as legs can carry with our Pokemon-

<Kat: "We'll finish this battle later! We've got bigger things to worry about!">

-Runs after group-

Gotta go to bed now.

"Oh no! This is place is going down!"

"The stairs! Where are the stairs!"

-Rize runs in and leaps to an ivory table still standing-

Rize — <All horns! Outside and to the south!>

"General Rize is alive!"

"Yay!♥"

"Come on peoplemons, let's move!"

"Kill that Gothorita at once!"

"All out!"

"Let's move!"

-A last Nidorina snaps the neck of an offending Swanna before going smooch Rize, furtively running her claws through his flank, and following the others the others-

-Meanwhile, at the upper rooms, Vinollo, seeing that the structure is not gonna hold for much longer, decides to retreat from his attack plan momentarily; he leaps to a window, looks around, relaxes and leaps to the void, only to fall in a conveniently placed pile of hay two seconds later-

-Maekrite stares at the Timburr-

Maekrite — <One partner dead, one hurt...> — points paw at the Toxic'd Seismitoad — <and all this movement... do you really want to stay here fighting with me?>

-The Timburr comes help his partner and drags him away, taking a last look at the body of the deceased Krookorok-

Maekrite — <Worry not, you've acted wisely, I'll pay my respects for you.>

-As the other two Pokémon move away, Maekrite quickly drags the body outside-

AU!Tagg: This place is going to collapse!

Let's bugger out of here!

-Runs out with my mons as fast as we can-

Aliroz: -Looks at the castle and notices it collapsing- <Run in the opposite direction!>

-Everyone does so-

-Smashes through a wall with a salvo of attacks with Luke and attempts to put as much distance between the Pokeleague and us as possible, flying north after hastily recalling our Pokemon-

<Lake: "Let's get out of here!">

<Nadia: "No kidding! Whatever's going on in there, it's not good!">

<Guy: "SO QUIT YAKKING AND LET'S MOVE IT ALREADY!">

-Calling back to the palace-

<Unite: "HAVE FUN IN THERE, YOU MONSTER!">

-While flying away-

<Kyle: "Wait, what was Kat doing with that Marowak back there again?">

<Iron Marrow: "Ask the rube when she gets out!">

<Buster: "Let's just worry about getting away from this place!">

-In the north, the Pokemon assisting the Resistance are hastily retreating under the cover of illusion-
