This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules - tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Yeah and arent they in another universe? They are probably already grown up with spider-maam dead
I don’t think it counts by the precedent Cable-Hope-Franklin that one time set
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAn early preview for ASM#2
Peter answers the door thinking someone's looking for rent...but it's Norman! He's offering Peter a job, Norman taunts Peter for his frosty reception, reminding him that he owes him for a favour Norman gave him at an undisclosed point in the past. Peter accepts the offer begrudgingly, it's to look after Norman's grandkids, Normie and Stanley. Normie makes a rude remark to Peter, and Norman leaves them to his former nemesis. Meanwhile, Tombstone and Janice link up in the remains of Tombstone's mansion, she offers to help go after The Rose, but Tombstone insists she get out of town with Randy and to let him handle this

Oh cool, Anya is back to Arana. I guess I have mixed feelings on that - her rename to Spider-Girl was done probably to make her more marketable, yeah, but it was a sign that they were at least trying to push her as a more major hero. Obviously they've long since given up on that, but still... idk.
The costume is interesting, though I don't think I like it as much as her black one. I liked the one she got in the Marvel's Spider-man show, I thought that was a cool upgrade.
Looking at this preview, I am way more happy with this Norman dialogue than Spencer's. Spencer made him such a mopey wreck, but this is much closer to what a good Norman would sound like.
But as much as I love Norman it is exceptionally difficult to care about this run, given that the massive work that Spencer put into rebuilding and affirming Peter and MJ relationship is blown up to the ground again, for the sake of some mystery.
asm # 10 is gonna be a judgement day tie in https://comicbook.com/marvel/news/amazing-spider-man-gwen-stacy-return-judgment-day/
Wonderful. Lets go down that well again.
One Strip! One Strip! You might get your monkey paw wish.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. So either this is Gwen coming back for good, or it's just another "Peter, for the love of Pete, get over Gwen already" story which he's successfully done so many times whether he's been in a relationship with Mary Jane or not
Given the previous solicitations have hinted that Peter is working for Norman Osborn now...yeah, I can see maybe bringing it up is required.
Oohh, this is interesting....a potential Black Cat/Peter offspring, is this a bit of fun, or something intended for later issues of End of Spider-Verse?

Honestly? Just pull the trigger on it.
Thats a slick design ngl
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Oh that's odd. Spider Cat is supposed to be Felicia in a universe where she got spider-powers instead of Peter, right? I was initially a bit put off by the premise - we've had a lot of 'x gets bit instead of Peter' already, and I'd be more interested in her coming from a universe where both have powers - but this universe still has them as a couple?
Wonder how the hell that happened with Peter not having powers. And what taking after both parents means... I hope they didn't just make Spider Cat!Peter a thief for no fucking reason lmao.
Oh wait it's just a fan design. Well, bollocks.

It's pretty consistent writing wise despite going through three different scribes in rapid succession (Conway, Stegman, Houser), though the art does get worse as it goes on

maybe Peter's suffering from Gwen's death in Amazing #10 is going to be "why the fuck am I working for the guy who killed her" this time instead of the usual "did the web go snappy snappy"

Oh hey, Marvel just teased a big 'Amazing' project for August which involves Slott, Johnathan Hickman, Neil Gaiman, Armando Iannucci, Kurt Busiek, Rainbow Rowell, Oliver Coipel, and more.
Anya made her debut in Amazing Fantasy. Now she has go back to Araña, like in AF.
Araña anthology series confirmed!
I hope Amando is writing a Jameson story, make him go full Tucker in front of Cindy and Norah!
Full Tucker?
Remind me who Stanley is again?
Isn't he clone Harry's son with Lilly Hollister?
Yeah he's the child born during BND.
I recall some squicky drama since Norman taunted Harry that Stanley was actually Norman's child because he slept with Menace. It's false but goddamn it Marvel.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.'Full Tucker' is a reference to Malcom Tucker, from The Thick of It.
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that. What does it mean for Jameson to go Full Tucker in this case?
They’re being cared for by Spider Ma’am I think
