That's fine, your language is still coded. Also a full on fitness requirement is really overstepping boundaries and possibly even discriminatory against players with disabilities. They are, after all, just sitting around and playing a children's card game.

While I wouden't go as far as to mandate fitness requirements, It does appear that a stereotype of nerd culture is having No Social Skills and hygiene is a factor into this. That said that some of them apparently take enough pride in this stereotype is an issue that needs to be addressed.

That said, I probably would mandate that players/judges respect women and minorities when playing the game (assuming this isn't already in place) were I in charge of the TCG's policies.

I think that is indeed what that is a reference to. There is a prevailing image of nerds as unwashed, acne-ridden basement dwellers who, especially in the case of Yugioh players, have really gross or grimy card sleeves.

There's also cases of people playing while having dirty hands such as dirty with food or snack dust.

There is a section of nerds who really do feel allergic to making any effort to improve upon themselves, and that society should just abide them exactly as they are and not make any demands for change. Especially in behavior - "well we were ALWAYS creepers to women! Why should we change?"

They turned Parshath and Diabolos into archetype leaders.

Give me a Deadalus archtype, cowards.

That's more than the Diabolos archetype.

Technically all the Umi support counts as a Daedalus archetype, but I still demand a new support even more Daedalus than ever before.

Though, Given Konami's track record of taking underused monster types that I like and making them an archetype that goes from zero to (Dp YGO) "BUSTED!", let it be known that I fell for these (and Thunder Dragons and Atlanteans) before they became the new meta.

It seem the main gimmick of the new archtype is that removing backrow.

Reptile, Rock and Pyro all look envious at those shining new archtype.

Reptile got Hydraling.

Reptile have alot of good generic support, but lack at good archtype to make full use of them. Alien don't have much use for Snake Rain and the cost of Offering to the Snake Deity kinda heavy for them. Reptilianne have wonky monster, Vemon have too little monsters and Worm only have 2 really good monster and one good trap card.

I was actually playing Sea Serpents (Daedalus) in a WATER deck before Atlanteans came out. When they did, I ran Daedalus/Atlanteans. When the prince came out, I did include Abyssmegalo. But outside of that, I never ran Merlanteans.

I'd like to run a Reptile deck, specifically Gagagigo, or maybe Worms or something, but doubt I could get it to work.

Wynn's familiar got a new form, and there's a new Stun-der (stun/disruption gameplay thunder monster), but only if you somehow get it to your opponent's zone or they have an upwards pointing link arrow.

And a new creation deity.

What is this alluding to? Is this referencing the Duel Terminal and World Chalice worlds?

I also tried to run a reptile deck, mainly Aligator focus in summon Tyrant Nepture. It didn't end very well. Now i only use Alien if i want to play Reptile.
