...Hey, I think I got tns's hint. (Okay, so I was out watching Cars 2. Let me think about the hint and get back.)

Yes, No, No.
Hint: Amazing Grace.

Hetalia? Speed Grapher?
Steam Detectives? Detective Conan?
Is the song Sakura? (Oi, DJ, this is the last OP to Eureka Seven. The last ED is Canvas.)

That it be.
I picked this song due to a remark from Pokenatic a few rounds ago. So to answer his question, yes. Just not in the way you would think.
@DJ What ^^he said.

Was it this post?
More catching up: I think I understand Pokenatic's logic behind picking Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru... (except for the fact that it's not really an anime, but that's water under the bridge now, right?)
For what it's worth:
Okay, here goes nothing.

Is the round title related to the hint? Is it an OP? Is the anime shounen genre?
Eh, sorry DJ. I meant to offer you this round but got a little impatient. Maybe next time.

Frankly I was referring to the entry for Vocaloid on the Internet Backdraft page and I was trying to invoke it. * To quote the InternetBackdraft/Music page: A newbie to Vocaloid watches a Miku video. Suddenly, he comments, "What anime is this?" That poor guy.
There's still 83 posts left before the 10,000th post... I'm not sure if I can actually get it. (maybe if today's slow)
Does it have anything to do with tomorrow?
Is it a mystery anime according to MAL? Drama?
So what, are we just having an oblique logic-off, where we compete with how oblique we can make out hints? Because I just though my round was a Gold medal winner, but this looks it could snatch victory from me in that field.
Is the hint related to the trope The Un-Reveal?
Is the word unravel a clue as to the meaning of the hint?
Is it an adaptation?
Watching the oblique logic-offs is fun, but I'm afraid that I can't keep up. Possibly because my wild leaps in logic leap too far and plummet to their deaths.
Is it the ending to Utakata?
Is the main character female?
Is the anime a television series?

To be frank, this is the first time I'm actively applying Jeff Goldblum logic as a round starter. (What, another Running Gag?)
(For the record, I was considering Logos Naki World for your round - after all, a blank hint belongs in a "World Without Words".)

Does it have anything to do with pandas?
Does it have anything to do with pandas? Not directly, although they're a very minor element.

Is it from Disgaea?* What? you thought I was gonna get sla—*gets slapped*

Is it from Disgaea? Nope.
Yeah... I should just go back to "Does it have anything to do with pandas?" shouldn't I?* It was supposed to reference what Vocaloid song I was into at the moment: Pandas=Panda Hero; (yes, I got lazy after the first one) Cats=Ah, It's A Wonderful Cat Life!; Wonderland=Alice in Musicland; Tomorrow=Freely Tomorrow.
Looking back at some of the posts I skimmed earlier,
Assuming you meant about how shark would use "Sora Mimi Cake" for round 300, you actually remembered what I said a few hundred posts back?* If I wasn't on the road, I would've gotten another 1 fact wonder... and I might've broken the fastest round record. :(
Okay, back to this round,
Is the anime listed on the Panda-ing to the Audience page?
Is it an adaptation of a manga? Light novel?
...Just out of curiosity, who else is vying for post 10K?
