Okay so Robin's fighter spirit is also just their Smash art. That said, Robin does not actually have any regular art from their home game.

If Gameplay and Story Segregation isn't enough of an explanation for you (It ain't for me!) it's completely plausible there are two Samus Arans running around. Smash is a mashup of different universes, after all, so they could have grabbed a Samus from one Metroid universe and then grabbed another from a parallel one. After all there are clearly two Robins and Two Corrins.

Also since the spirits are possessing bodies, Samus's other suits were probably all running around too, like the gravity and fusion suits.

It's extremely easy to justify, considering how it's explicitly the world of imagination, and thus it's easy to accept that the Master Hand and/or Crazy Hand just brought in duplicates of various characters

Including a Kirby who wasn't trying to fight and got captured

This is the only way to explain Mario and Dr.Mario existing independently of one another instead of being the same person.

I like to imagine that Dr. Mario is from a dark timeline where Mario disappointed his family by going into medicine instead of plumbing.

Anyway, Galeem put up a pretty awesome fight for what's ultimately just a ball with silly seraphic wings orbiting it.

Is there a way to rematch bosses outside of rerunning Classic Mode a bajillion times?

I think that there is a boss rush mode that will unlock after you've fought every boss? Which would only come after clearing World of Light.

Speaking of World of Light stuff, I finished up a late game dungeon: Dracula's Castle. I could go on and on about how perfect it is set up for the game it comes from, or how the puzzles inside it were really neat, but I want to gush for a moment about the Spirit you get as a prize at the end. After you kill Dracula, you get his giant bat form as a support spirit, but you also get Dracula himself as a primary spirit. He's actually only a 3-star, but he can be enhanced at level 99. He evolves into Soma Cruz, which couldn't be more perfect.

That reminds me. Is it possible to get more than one copy of spirits awarded for defeating bosses and the like?

When it comes to spirits that can transform, I like to have one of each form.

I admit. seeing as im mostly playing as pokemon trainer,. there was sopmething uniquely hilarious yet amazing about Leaf, pokemon trainer girl from pallet town, walking right into an infamous and vast castle full of undead and beating them to death with a squirtle while Vampire killer plays

It's weird that the most frustrating dungeon is one with only three fights, but I hated the Gourmet Race.

Piranha Plant ate this bit of cardboard shaped like a man he found lying about,not as tasty as a normal person mind you..

In addition, probably more assist trophy or spirit material than fighter, but you could always have Nester as a Nintendo Power references. X3

Captain N would be a neat Assist Trophy or Mii Costume.
