Yep. That's Universe 18's Gohan. Maybe it is because it has been so long since I've read the original series and the memes from Super has gotten to me, but Gohan being the most competent fighter in the series is extremely refreshing.

I could have totally buyed Gohan getting absorb by Buu but instead he broke free and is now effortlessly dominating Buu. It's so cathartic.

I mean, can he do that? He only did it to Zen Buu because he was willing, I don't think he has the ability to restrain him at all. "I totally figured it out from watching Gast do it" seemed like code for "Gast is giving me a convenient excuse to pretend I can control him because we're on the side side."

So I realized why non-tournament scenes are so boring to me... it's the opposite of Evil Only Has to Win Once. If so much as a single good person lives, then rocks fall, everyone gets revived. Gohan can kill literally everyone with the Maxi-Kienzan and then the good guys win, since he can just have them revived.

From his reaction, I'm pretty sure the implication is that he can't do that, which is why this is so awkward for him.

She wasn't actually. Vegetto said she was in there apartment, so she's still at the stadium.

No I don't believe son bra is actually there with the others.

I'm more expecting her not to be a Majin and be reinforcements.

Well, somebody just cut Gohan's super-juice attack in half. The list of people unaccounted for that can do that is quite short, and Bra's at the top of it.

Reinforcements? What do they need reinforcements for? Both Gohan's are still up and fighting and the only Majin individuals left are... none! There are no other Majin individuals left under Babidi's control with the exception of whoever this new person is.

To be able to stop Gohan's attack, and pose a threat, this person can only be Bra.

Dude who trapped Vegetto into a pocket dimension.

He showed no sign of being a Majin last time we saw him (during this very arc), and there's no real reason for him to appear right now.

Bra has been conspicuously absent from all of the current events.

I've been wondering what was taking Bra so long to appear, and this would explain it (although her being absent for so long would still be conspicuous).

It'd make sense for this to be her using the energy blade/scythe thing to cut it in half.
