The World's Worst Secret Agent is also bad at dying when he should, who'da thunk it?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. We're looking right at him and his eyes are still hidden. Unless that's what they look like?
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️I was going to suggest that they're just being shadowed by the ball of fire...then I realized that I don't think I've seen him without glasses before.
Holy shit, this might be the first time Verres will actually show us his eyes.

"Why would I inflict myself on somebody else?"To blurt, or not to blurt.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Edward is here to make polite threats and wear Scary Shiny Glasses … and he’s all out of glasses.
Damn, if only this was colored! Is this the first time we ever see Edward's eyes!?
Also, does it look like they're different shades of color?

Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️Everybody Loves Grace. CBS Tuesdays.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Dun dun DUUUN! Can we get a drama sting for things we all knew already?
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise. We already knew that?
Technically we didn't know-know it, but that was implied to be the reason uryuoms lost access to magic.
No, we knew Uryoms tried to use magic to conquer this world.
It makes sense that in the parallel, magical world, they tried it using technology instead.
This is just raising the question of how exactly Dan and/or the flipside culture is defining "technology" here, cause like. Technology doesn't mean electronics. Lightbulbs, books, farming, those are all technology.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. Is this that whole Magic Versus Technology thing, then?
(Annoyed grunt)Mysteries abound.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise. You can see the sigh.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise. Two thousand years ago the Romans destroyed Carthage and salted the earth. I'm still suspicious when an Italian takes the salt shaker.
Racist Angry Bird is Worst Bird.
Little convenient that 2/3 of the birds present are radical free-thinkers skeptical of conventional wisdom and recorded history. This particular bout of exposition feels like shotgunning a plot synopsis for an entire political intrigue novel directly at the audience, using characters as mouthpieces.
...I honestly don't even remember why we were meeting the griffins in the first place.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.If I remember right, the original reason the meeting was that the griffins had some information to share about how to get rid of the excess energy. Then events happened that the group thought the griffins should know. I think that is how it went.
As the Ukecgro Kuar says in Gyugac 1:12...
My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger. Are you pondering what I'm pondering?
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Well it's a common meme that Totally Spies! authors were into that...
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."I'm starting to wonder why this guy was allowed to come along on what's essentially a delicate international summit.
What, is he like the griffin prime minister's nephew in law or something?
