^Not more stupid that other shonen manga o-o I mean, you read Katekyo(sp?) Hitman Reborn? That series manages to be extremely "shonen" manga with only difference being that its cast is full of bishies.

I hate Reborn. I thought it was going to be fucking Baccano meeting The Godfather. That would be the shit. Instead, we got generic bishies using generic shonen powers against generic villains in another generic shonen title.

@Torquey What are you talking about, bro ? If you don't include the Zetsu, which are fodder then Naruto has fought 5 opponents. Itachi, Nagato, Magnet dude, Raikage and Muu. Itachi and Nagato specifically targeted him and KB. Itachi took himself and Nagato out, Muu got away, and only the Raikage and the Magnet dude really got sealed because of Naruto. Now that I think about it Naruto hasn't really done any killstealing. Maybe from Temari, but I doubt she could've taken the Raikage.

That's not everyone in the war, who was waiting for Naruto. That was a messed up division. They were actually still trying to come up with solutions when Naruto got there.

Kabuto doesn't have an army of Zombies with Sharingan and Rinnegan. Madara is using the six paths technique to control the 6 jinchuuriki though and has transferred his Sharingan and Rinnegan to them because that's how the tech works.

I love the opening. It's YMMV on here I think.

I'm inclined to agree with Vanitas here. Naruto hasn't done that much. It may seem like a lot every week, but it's only been 10 chapters, when the previous 30 or so were spent on secondary characters.

The fact that Naruto saved everyone in this chapter was mildly annoying, but they already got their focus and we don't know what they'll be doing in the future chapters. The Temari complaint is fair though.

Also, what the hell? We were trolled? From what I know, the hero going up against the rival/nemesis/Big Bad with insane powers on both sides, is standard for shonen. It's not like Kishi suddenly promised to revolutionise the manga industry.

Yeaah o-o Naruto is pretty typical shonen, to it to be trolling, Kishimoto would have to deliberately break our expectations in frustrating way.

The Moon's Eye Plan breaks the absolute hypnosis set on the reader. It turns out both the Naruto series and Kishimoto are constructs of Aizen.

Have a character in middle of story after having whole cast of memorable people "Wake up" from illusion and it turns out that everything he knew in his life was a lie and none of previous characters often than main char exist. Then after 100 chapters or however much(maybe even until to end of manga) have him wake up again and turns out that last few hundred chapters were just illusion by one of main char's enemies

Or that everything is in Naruto's comatose imagination as his way of working out growing older and daddy issues on his way to his first day of school?

If Kishimoto actually decided to troll us, then he would have sasuke brutually slaughter the Konoha 11 in a rather Gantz or Berserk styled way and leaving Sakura and Naruto alive just to see the spoils.

You know I always thought Sasuke was gonna become the Anti-Christ instead of Satan.

I thought Kishi was planting the seeds for it during the Hunt for Itachi arc where Suigetsu told Orochimaru's prisoners about how Sasuke was here to save the world.

I hate people using the word "trolled" to describe things an author does that they don't like. It's such blatant misuse of the world. I also agree with everything Vanitas said, especially that part about how sexy I am.

Kishi and his manga aren't as bad as I, and some people, make them seem. The fact is, I really wouldn't care to complain if I wasn't a fan. I hate how long One Piece's arcs are but I don't complain about it because I don't really care much.

Whether or not the manga is good, saying the OP is misleading because it shows people other than Naruto doing stuff is quite simply untrue.

I mean, sure, he may be doing a tad of spotlight hogging right now, but the stuff that OP will be running for includes long stretches of Naruto not showing up at all.

Kabuto was battled by Tsuchikage and Co.

Deidara and Sasori were defeated by Kankuruo and Sai

Zabuza and Haku were defeated by Kakashi

Ginkaku and Kinkaku were defeated by Kamugi and Team Asuma

Asuma and Kakuzu were defeated by Choji

Gaara took out his father

What do you guys want anyway? Do you really want a second Fake Karakura Arc and everybody gets his own fight whereas the story doesn’t progress?
