• Designated Villain: Plucky. While he is a self-centered, rude, and narcissistic jerk, there are moments where he isn't being a jerk or bothering anyone, yet even during those moments, the show still wants the viewers to see him as a spiteful jerk who deserves whatever comeuppance he gets. In this episode, Plucky is shown as being in the wrong for joining forces with the Adults Against Funny Cartoons Chairperson to drain ACME Acres of its Tooniness in favor of an educational show where he is the star, but he had good reasons for getting back at Buster and Babs, as they intentionally placed him as a victim of The Wolverine when it was chasing them and having it beat him up when he complained he wasn't supposed to be in the episode in the first place.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: The original airdate of November 4, 1992 happened to be one day after George H.W. Bush (and Dan Quayle with him) were defeated by the Democratic ticket of Bill Clinton and Al Gore.
