• Harsher in Hindsight: Rick dies for real in the source material just seven months after this episode aired.
• Shocking Moments: The Hero is believed to be dead by his loved ones and is taken to an unknown location, then followed by a second Time Skip featuring his daughter now as a Kid Hero.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: While Rick's Dead Person Conversations with the dead main characters are well-received, many believe that Sasha's place should have been filled by either Lori, Carl, Glenn, Andrea, T-Dog, Beth, Tyreese, or Abraham.
