YMMV / The Story of Cinderella

• Awesome Music: The Japanese intro, "Love Plus Love" is a pretty good and quite catchy JPOP song. There's even a full version as well.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: This cartoon is quite popular on Indian YouTube kids channels. Even a search for “Cinderella Hindi” will show you the results for the cartoon.
• Hollywood Pudgy: Despite her rather slim appearance, Jeanne's weight is constantly mocked by her sister. It's hard to tell if the show intends her to actually be overweight (since she's also constantly demanding food), or if this is simply how Catherine gets on Jeanne's nerves.
• Narm: The scene where Cinderella runs into Charles, knocking him over. Instead of drawing out the characters' startled cries as they fall in slow motion, the show plays several different shocked cries in sequence, with distinct pauses in the middle. By the end, the dramatic effect of the slow-motion shot is entirely lost.
