  • Homer at Mao Zedong's tomb.
    Homer: Awww... he's like a little angel who killed 50 million people.
• Squick:
  • After crashing his car, Mr. Burns seems to have landed on airbags, but then it turns out that he's technically not wrong, since the airbags are his lungs, which have come out through his mouth; he then slurps them back into his body like spaghetti, much to Smithers' (and the audience's) revulsion.
  • In China, Homer pisses off some monks, who proceed to beat him up, and then messily tear out his heart, mitigated by them putting it straight back, followed by Homer hoping the monk washed his hands with mild irritation.
