  • That One Boss: The last two bosses of the game can be a nightmare to fight for their own reasons:
    • Hunter Bunter's mech unleashes deadly toxic gases that you can only avoid by having Pixie pirouette over them. You'll have to do that consecutively for quite some time, tiring your hand out, as this requires moving the Wii Remote in a cranking motion. Add to the fact that you'll have to dodge a lot of attacks, namely rolling bombs and a laser that chases you, before you'll get a chance to attack, and you'll be easily frustrated. Fortunately, there's a Checkpoint after every successful attack on the boss.
    • The final boss, which is basically nothing more than a glorified Mook Maker that summons enemies that you've encountered throughout the game to hound you down, has four phases and is invincible until a certain amount of time passes. But what makes it so frustrating in its own right isn't just the green slowing goo left out by the long-tongued enemies and the difficulty of reaching the boss' weakpoint, it's the lack of mid-battle checkpoints you've come to expect up to this point.
