• Complete Monster: Sebastian Moran and his Serial Killer subordinate, Dr. Jacob Land, work together to cause a cholera outbreak in London just to get Holmes's attention. This outbreak results in nearly 150 deaths, including that of Holmes's friend Wiggins, just to make it personal. When Holmes confronts the two, Land delivers a Breaking Lecture, and taunts Holmes about Wiggins's death; Moran stabs Holmes with a syringe and leaves him to die.
