• Harsher in Hindsight: The characters in the Bad Future mention that General Hammond had passed away due to a heart attack. Seven years later, his actor, Don S. Davis died of a heart attack, as did General Hammond in the prime timeline.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: The characters worrying about the consequences of undoing the alliance with the Aschen and the defeat of the Goa'uld becomes this when you compare it to how 2010 turned out as a result of their actions: Namely that not only are the Goa'uld defeated, but so are several other even greater threats, and Earth is leaps and bounds more advanced than they were with the Aschen and still advancing.
