Alternative Joke Interpretation: Drew asks Angelica if she knows how to make chocolate pudding. It seems an odd thing to ask a three-year-old, but maybe Stu told his brother about Angelica's ridiculous request, and that was Drew's way of punishing her?
Catharsis Factor: Regardless of the implications behind expecting a three-year-old child to wait on you hand and foot, it is immensely satisfying when Charlotte gives Angelica a taste of her own medicine in the end.
Memetic Mutation: Didi's and Stu's "making chocolate pudding at 4 o'clock in the morning because Stu has lost control of his life" dialogue is easily the most remembered part of the episode, with snowclones substituting chocolate pudding for something else and people joke-theorizing that this is meant to symbolize a mid-life crisis.
The Woobie: Stu is driven to a nervous wreck waiting hand and foot on his spoilt niece, even having to drive to a gas station at three in the morning to indulge her cravings, only for her to not want the pudding once he's done making it. He's reduced to Tears of Joy when he finds out Angelica's leg isn't broken.
