• Awesome Music: The whole soundtrack is great, though the Western level's theme may be a standout.
• Game-Breaker: Twin Balls, which double Willy's attack range, while still allowing him to grab ledges (he can even fire them off while holding onto one as long as he's not swinging.) It's an excellent weapon for bosses, as he can basically hit them from anywhere (unless they're both on opposite ends of the screen) while keeping a safe distance away from attacks.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: In Stage 2: Sky Ace, a blue-colored cartoon animal stands atop the wing of a red-colored bi-plane being driven by his orange-colored friend as he fights off airborne enemies and makes his way to a large airship owned by the villain. Does any of this sound familiar?
• Memetic Mutation: CLOWN-DOG SHOW TIME CLAP CLAP
• That One Boss: The level 4 midboss, who requires you to constantly jump-attack while dodging enemies moving along the ground who can do an entire heart of damage and wind that's constantly trying to push you back into a nearby Bottomless Pit.
