• Adorkable:
  • Eddie once again, for being such a kind-hearted yet awkward doofus at times, including being confused and intrigued by the My Hero Academia universe's Quirks and culture.
  • Venom too, especially with how excited and cheery he is at the prospect of being a Hero, even if his methods contradict the actions and standards of the Pros.
  • Midoriya as per usual, being the dorky and mumbling All-Loving Hero he is.
• Angst? What Angst?:
  • Eddie and Venom seems to not be as upset and banged up over being thrown into another universe, leaving behind everyone they know. Inverted as they still want to go home, but have decided to focus on helping their new allies. Not to mention they need to help stop Knull otherwise there won't be a home to go back to.
  • Subverted with Midoriya in later chapters, who reaches his breaking point and vents out his frustration with Hero Society and the aftermath of All-Might's failure to defeat All For One.
• Catharsis Factor: The author of the story has admitted that several moments of the story are basically a Take That! to moments in the canon anime/manga that didn't sit well with them.
  • Eddie giving Kota a "The Reason You Suck" Speech for his ungrateful and rude behaviour towards Mandalay and the others is seen by the author and viewers as well deserved.
  • Venom killing and eating Muscular for not only killing Kota's parents and threatening his life, but also to prevent the rampage he would go on later in canon.
• Evil Is Cool:
  • All For One much like in canon is a swave and charismatic Villain who not only possesses one of the strongest powers in the setting, but also is able to escape unlike in canon and align with Knull.
  • The Volcano Thieves for being a humorous but competent band of mercenaries.
