• Cargo Ship: In the Lesson 9 dialogue (the shopping one) Wang Peng is seen holding a mannequin's arm. Some people in my class support for the Mannequin Arm as a Third-Option Love Interest in Wang Peng's love triangle.
• First Installment Wins: The Level 2 series of textbooks, with its all-new cast of characters (some of whom implausibly resemble the old ones), is much less known than Level 1.
• Memetic Loser: There are many jokes at the expense of Gao Wenzhong that sprung up in the community.
• Memetic Mutation: That time Bai Ying'ai said:
