• Tear Jerker:
  • From Man Alive; "Leave the Engine Room", "Final Form", and "Tin (The Manhole)".
  • From Arc; "The Peaks".
  • From Get to Heaven, the epic conclusion to "No Reptiles".
  • From A Fever Dream; "Put Me Together" and "White Whale".
  • From RE-ANIMATOR; "In Birdsong".
  • From Raw Data Feel; "Leviathan" and "Software Greatman".
  • From Mountainhead; "R U Happy?", "Canary", "City Song", and "The Witness".
• Uncanny Valley: The CGI used in several of their videos are intended to invoke this, bordering on Surreal Horror. This is perhaps most notable in the "Teletype" video, which consists of artificially-created faces continuously morphing whilst miming along to the track.
• Ugly Cute: The anthropomorphic fatberg from the "Arch Enemy" video is supposed to be revolting, but some viewers consider its' cartoonish design a bit of a Nightmare Retardant, as well as having a slight resemblance to Crazy Frog.
