• Common Knowledge: It was this episode that introduced the concept of "cores" for ghosts when Frostbite said Danny's central core reading showed extreme cold. Since then, phans had become in love with the idea of cores being the source of a ghost's power and what kind of elemental powers they possess. It became prevalent that for years, people wondered if ghosts like Ember had a fire core because of her fiery hair, or what kind of core Vlad had. Except... that was a misunderstanding to an audience who is unfamiliar with the term. Central core refers to the human body's interior, namely in the torso region. In other words, Frostbite was referring to Danny's internal body temperature, something human.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: A hero with ice powers that have built up to dangerous levels due to lack of use runs away when disaster strikes their home before eventually learning to control their power by letting it out and restoring the environment to its natural state — how eerily familiar... Even more amusing, Danny's shout of "Let. Me. GO!" when he finally gains full control of his ice powers is nearly familiar to the title of a certain song of said familiar character when she began to master her powers.
