• Complete Monster: Colonel Hammer is a ruthless killer who stops at nothing to obtain the runaway Cyborg CB 3. Killing several innocents in his way, Hammer tracks his quarry to a crowded restaurant and opens fire upon the place, massacring multiple people inside with orders to slaughter them all. To lure the now emotional cyborg into a trap, Hammer has a little boy rigged with a bomb, intending to kill him as part of the plan.
