- Awesome Moments: The short "Fright From Wrong" is a major standout among Casper cartoons where for once? Casper actually puts the Ghostly Trio through the wringer, figuratively AND literally! The end reveal that Casper faked taking the Mean Pills makes it even better because it shows Casper really CAN be genuinely scary when he’s pushed far enough.
- Fandom-Enraging Misconception: Unless you're talking about the 1995 film, Casper isn't the spirit of a deceased child. The creators of the original cartoons and comics prided themselves on keeping the stories lighthearted and innocent, and never explicitly acknowledged anything about Casper's pre-death life (or even confirmed that he was ever anything but a ghost). Alfred Harvey's son Russell was notably quite unhappy that the film changed this. Casper also definitely isn't the ghost of Richie Rich (that was just a one-off joke on The Simpsons); in the comics, Casper and Richie have met and interacted numerous times, making it clear that they're two different people.
- Signature Scene: Ferdie the Fox's death scene in There's Good Boos Tonight.
