- Alternate Character Interpretation: The characters all treat Hunt as a cold, unfeeling bitch incapable of interpersonal interaction. While this has so far been borne out in her professional life, as far as we've been shown, most of her abrasiveness with people in her personal life has been in reaction to their harrassment and harsh judgments.
- Nightmare Fuel: "Rabid Body Harvesting". From the disturbingly realistic portrayal of rabies and the consequences of infection, to the Body Horror when the team find the buried bodies, to the fact that the killer is a 15 year old boy.
- Retroactive Recognition: Season 2's "Falling for You" has a pre-Game of Thrones Pedro Pascal playing the victim's ex-boyfriend.
