YMMV / Bleach Lists

• Crack Pairing - Name any two characters. There's a 90% chance that'll you find them paired in a list, from Sasakibe/Isane, Grimmjow/Hinamori to the already requested Hiyori/Jinta and Ichigo/Bambietta (and keep in mind that majority of these are requested by readers, meaning that yes there are fans who ship those pairings or at least find amusement in treating them like an actual couple for one list).
• Fan Nickname: Sassquiorra, short for Sassy Ulquiorra.
  • "BLG" itself probably counts as well.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Quite a few lists were posted before similar or related events that actually happened in the manga, which makes rereading the lists funnier when compared to the actual manga equivalents. These include:
  • Characters reacting to Hitsugaya having grown up all of a sudden, with many of them being awestruck. In the last arc of the manga, he literally does age to an adult/older teenager when his bankai completely matures, much to Byakuya's surprise (and Rukia and Renji don't even recognise him) — this indeed caused meltdowns with fangirls.
  • Characters reacting to Renji and Rukia having a baby or Renji being a father. The final epilogue shows the two have a daughter called Ichika, also an apprentice shinigami; Ichigo is equally as naggy to Rukia in both versions, in the blog version reminding her that babies don't like closets and in the manga version lecturing her on letting her daughter run free.
  • The Gotei-13 and their Favorite Things about the World of the Living. The recent manga made by Tite Kubo called BURN THE WITCH actually shows that London itself is the center to supernatural events with "Witches" being their Shinigami equivalent and it's also revealed that it's set in the Bleach universe as the West Branch of the Soul Society.
