Ying & Yan is a weekly comedy webcomic created by Tony Alpsen and published at tapas.io/series/yingandyan
. The titular characters are conjoined twins who are polar opposites (and whose names are suitably close to being Yin & Yang).
Ying & Yan provides examples of:
- Black Comedy: This strip and this strip make light of the possibility of one or both of them dying.
- Comedic Sociopathy: Yan is often unapologetically mean to Ying, insulting his brother even when he is faced with a problem like identity theft.
- "Facing the Bullets" One-Liner: Yan remains sarcastic when Ying offers to take a bullet for him during an apparent holdup.
- Sibling Yin-Yang: Ying & Yan are complete opposites with names not too far off from Yin & Yang.
