"It's time to break out the secret stuff: Michael's Secret Lasagna!"
— An example of the type of humor to expect in their videos, from Space Jam 2

Fried Chili Cheese Dogs is/was a Sketch Comedy channel on YouTube, that was mainly run by a person named Bobby Crawford. The history of the channel spans back for almost two decades, with it being created in 2007 when he was still in middle / high school. Their work can be summed up by having an extraordinarily high amount of fast-paced comedy / editing, and Surreal Humor, dabbled in with a few nuances of satire or parody. One of their more famous videos were their plush Spongebob videos, which gained them a sizeable cult following.

In 2018, the channel took a hiatus. And in the following year, All of the videos were wiped off the channel, with only one video (about Bobby himself detailing how Jesus healed his panic attacks, and also explaining the deletion of the videos) remaining. But in 2023, a video titled "The Big Announcement" was posted, which announced the reuploading of content (including their older work).

An (abridged) list of videos:

  • FCCD Sponge Bob Square Pants
  • Dinosaur Party / Camp
  • Space Jam 2
  • Monopolyopoly
  • Jim's Hot & Sexy Pizza (later reuploaded as "Jim's Hot Pizza")

Tropes:

  • Bowdlerize: Jokes about drug usage (like the one in Space Jam 2, or Spongebob Macaroni and Cheese) are cut in the reuploaded versions, and "Jim's Hot & Sexy Pizza" was later changed to "Jim's Hot Pizza".
  • Caustic Critic: Brewster Jones, a "food financier", from the Dunkin Donuts video. Who occasionally swears, and berates the worker in the Dunkin Donuts.
  • Double Entendre: Used in such effect in "Jim's Hot & Sexy Pizza". All of the examples relate to pizza.
  • Non Sequitur
  • Parody Commercial: Refraining from the established Spongebob plush ads, they also did ones for a BB-8 toy, Dunkin Donuts, and fidget spinners.
  • Slapstick
  • Stuff Blowing Up
  • "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue: Happens in "Breakfast With The President".
