- None of the teens appear, instead the Janitor is surviving on his own.
- Sheriff Lund and Jed do not appear, leaving Tex as the sole human character outside of the Janitor.
- Car Fu: The Janitor runs over Siren Sara with a truck.
- Designated Girl Fight: Cammy Chameleon and Chica the Chicken battle in the kitchen, until they are both attacked by the Janitor. Once he leaves, Chica finishes off Cammy.
- Dies Differently in Adaptation: Gus Gorilla's death is similar to the movie, except it is at the the hands of Foxy, not the Janitor.
- Dual Wielding: The Janitor uses broom pieces on Tito Turtle and axes on Freddy Fazbear and Willy Weasel.
- Evil vs. Evil: The Willy and Freddy gangs are a threat to each other as well as the Janitor.
- Eye Scream:
- Gus Gorilla threatens to rip out Foxy's eyes, but Foxy rips out Gus's eyes instead.
- The Janitor stabs broom pieces into Tito's eyes.
- Karma Houdini: Tex escapes without punishment, his death at the hands of Sara is removed. The only comeuppance he gets is the loss of his business.

- Knighty Knight dispatches Bonnie this way with his sword.
- Knighty Knight is then beheaded by the Janitor with his own sword.
- Artie Alligator bites Chica's head off.
- The Janitor tears off Tito's head using broom pieces.

- The Janitor uses axes to behead Willy.
