The series tells the story of Samantha Himitsu, a girl who has moved to South Park with her family but there’s something odd with them.

This series provides examples of:
- Art Evolution: The first episode and older shorts had cruder animation and resembled more the creator’s personal art style(ESPECIALLY Samantha’s old intro)while the first two parts of the second episode and the #Teamseas short has an art style that is far more accurate to the actual style of South Park and the animation is more polished too.
- Big Sister Bully: Shelly. Most notably in the very first episode from the series.
- Childhood Friends: "Shelly Fish Face" reveals that Randy was friends with Trisha ever since they were little kids.
- Cool Aunt: Played With with Trisha as she’s revealed to be Cartman’s aunt(she’s Liane’s sister) in the second episode, although she IS very nice, she got on Cartman’s nerves in the beginning of this episode, strongly implying that there’s some tension between the two.
- Deadpan Snarker: Samantha’s twin sister Alice is often shown to be very snarky and sarcastic.
- Original Character: Samantha, Alice and Trisha are obviously not canon characters but they do play a major role in the series, particularly the former two.
- Talk Show Appearance: The entirety of "Butt Juice 3000" fit this trope.
- Yandere: The short "Wendrina" is about Samantha playing a horror game while fearing that Wendy might do something really bad to her if she dares to steal her boyfriend Stan, therefore referencing her old "jelly" ways.
