The fight with Rasputin will feature an orchestra version of Boney M.'s Rasputin song.
Jossed, although a promotional video featuring the song was released.

Rasputin's part in the story will involve the Romanov family.

During the second trailer, there's a shot of Rasputin holding an unconscious preteen boy - likely Tsar Nicholas II's son, Alexei, whom Rasputin was trying to cure of his haemophilia. In-universe, Rasputin has used/will use his influence with the Tsar to advance his own plans, which ends up part of why the Romanovs were executed.

  • Confirmed his role was to keep Russia out of the war. though after his death Lenin deals with Romonovs to further keep the Russians out of the war

This movie will integrate Kingsmen into the MCU.

Considering that Disney now owns 20th Century Studios, and the series was based on a Marvel comic book, it would be surprising if they didn't do this.

  • Jossed; outside of playing fast and loose with some aspects of history, the film appears to take place in our world/timeline, not the MCU.

This movie will be delayed again

The Shepherd, leader of the Historical Supervillain Council... is Kane

- Bald ham with an epic mustache? Check.

- Playing chess with the fate of nations from the shadows? Check.

- Pack of quirky agents who also serve as bossfights? Cheque please!

The evil war profiteering group Rasputin belongs to even has a Shepherd's crook as its symbol. Or a cane if you will!

And it's Tiberium canon that Kane has been active for centuries, with a finger in every pie.

  • Jossed; the Shepherd creates his Flock with the goal of destroying England by instigating a world war. He is a Scot nationalist who hates England due to his belief that they are oppressing the Scottish people.

The true villain will be an American, like in the two previous films
  • Nope.
  • Jossed, the Big Bad is actually Scottish.

Conrad reincarnated as Eggsy in the modern day.
This make Eggsy joining the Kingsmen in a more heartwarming light considering how his past life is the one who inspires the Kingsmen to take up codenames based on Arthurian legends and died tragically before he could join the Kingsmen. Conrad is given a second chance by reincarnating and finally joining Kingsmen in the future.
Sequel Speculation
Speculation #1 - there will be a sequel the sequel would likely either be set during World War 2, or be part of a trilogy, with the sequel being the one with The Bad Guy Wins Downer Ending Cliffhanger, where the Kingsmen try and fail to prevent World War 2, with third film being set during World War 2.

Speculation #2 - The Flock neither The Secret Service nor The Golden Circle suggest of the existence of The Flock, which given their role as the Kingsman's original foes and somewhat of a dark counterpart to the group, one would assume they'd come up. So one can assume a sequel/trilogy will see the Kingsman take down the Flock.

Speculation #3 - Josef Stalin the Kingsmen will help him overthrow Lenin so the Soviet Union won't be under the Flock's influence.

Speculation #4 - The Statesmen a Kingsman will go to America to convince the Statesmen executives to become spies. The epilogue will feature both organizations setting their Doomsday protocols.
