The fate of the Horcruxes will be quite different.
The horcruxes will be destroyed, but the vessels will still have a different fate compared to canon.- Hufflepuff’s Cup and Ravenclaw’s Diadem will survive and be alongside Slytherin’s Locket and Gryffindor’s Sword once again as Hogwarts’ treasures. The Elder Wand will repair the damage done to the former horcuxes.
- The ring will be destroyed, but once the Resurrection Stone is revealed, Harry and Dumbledore (assuming the latter is Spared by the Adaptation) will each use it once to talk to their deceased loved ones and get closure before having it buried in a place where no one will ever find it.
- Nagini will still die as a snake, but she will last long enough to die as herself.
The Elder Wand will change allegiances like in canon, but will have the fate of its movie counterpart.
- Should the wand reach Harry’s hands, he will use it to restore his wand if it is damaged like in canon and the damaged treasures of the Hogwarts founders before destroying the wand like he does in the film, since that’s a more reliable way to get rid of the wand.
Dumbledore will retire after the war is over.
- Provided he survives, Albus Dumbledore will step down from all his official positions after the war is over due to the aftermath of the Hogsmeade attack at the end of Year Six.
The final battle will involve a souped up version of the wand lock that happened in canon.
- The climax of the final battle would be a Beam-O-War similar to canon, only this time, it will be all of the Six pushing back against Voldemort, instead of just Harry.
Dumbledore and Snape will still aid the heroes in the shadows
- Since the Six’s trust in Dumbledore and Snape has been shattered, the two will still help the group in secret, such as Snape using his Patronus to lead Harry to the Sword of Gryffindor so he can destroy a Horcrux (in this case, Helga Hufflepuff’s Cup).
Draco Malfoy and Pansy Parkinson will perform a Mistreatment-Induced Betrayal on Voldemort and the Death Eaters
- After Draco finds out about what really happened to his father, he’ll find a way to leave at the first opportunity, with Pansy also leaving after seeing that being a Death Eater isn’t what it’s wanted it to be.
- Draco may end up giving Harry his wand just like the deleted scene in the movie and the video game.
Sirius Black and Remus Lupin will have a final confrontation with Peter Pettigrew
- This will lead to some closure between the Marauder's subplot, regardless of what happens to Pettigrew.
