Asked and Confirmed on the Discord.
1. With the events of the Pokémon Movie: The Power of Us (PoU) being set after Pokémon 2000: The Power of One (PoO). Since 2000 is the first Lugia Movie and Power of Us being the second Lugia movie. It'll be only fitting that this is the case.
1a. Also, Zeraora is a user in the chat so it may be likely that the Power of Us Movie may occur.
1b. Also, Latias is consistently trying to reveal where Zeraora's location is to Ash and Co.
2. Zarude is also a user in the chat so it may be likely that the Secrets of The Jungle (SotJ) may occur as well.
- The Author has confirmed in the COAL Discord that PoU should at least occur way after PoO. No information about SotJ
Points of order,
1. we know that Kinrah has been melding game and anime lore. And there is the rather famous Sinnoh Myth that in the original Japanese implied marriage. (Sitting at the same table)
1.a. Immediately preceding this myth is one in which Pokemon are able to take on human shape.
2. We have been told of 3~4 examples of such: Sir Aaron to Ho-Oh, Ash to Lugia, and Cynthia + her sister to Palkia. [though it might be possible Cynthia and Verity's mother are half siblings, so that bit is not definitive.]
Ash as the main character has had the most hints dropped.
3.1. We know that Legendries of the same species can access the Prime's account from CC's earliest attempts at logging in. (And Mew has stated that such things have happened before.)
3.2. When the team was trapped in the Digital Space and needing an internal log in, Lugia's account was able to recognize Ash once pointed at him.
3.3. Arceus has stated that Ash and Lugia's connection runs deeper than simply being Chosen.
3.4. Ash's father "went out to sea" and never was able to return.
3.5. Ho-Oh told Lugia that Ash gets his heart from his father... While it seems that most of the Legendaries have only been getting involved in human affairs again after Ash gained access to the chat.
3.6. They knew Ash was Chosen because they were already watching him and discovered it, before they knew he had access to the chat.
3.7. (While neither strictly for or against the theory... Ash's mother did not speak after seeing the Silver Wing he received for his birthday.)
3.8. Ash has stated that while his mother had to have a pokemon partner at some point, that partner was neither mentioned nor ever seen. The only Pokemon that had been in his house before he turned ten was a Pidgey that he would later catch during his journey.
3.8.1. To add on to the point above, there's this little tidbit that

Aaron's connection has come up a couple of times
4.1. Ho-Oh was under the impression that he'd be able to keep Aaron from participating in a war which was set to destroy his home country.
4.2. Ho-Oh upon seeing what appeared to be the spitting image of Sir Aaron needed to sit down.
4.3. Celebi called the idea of Sir Aaron and Ash being time clones a 'logistical nightmare.'
Cynthia comes up the least but still has some interesting points about her
5.1. Palkia actively avoids getting her involved in things with Legendary presence, considering that Ash being Chosen as "bad enough." In that same breath she implies that Cynthia knows about Palkia at least well enough that if she desired to she could get into contact.

5.2. Other Legendries knew about a connection between Palkia and Cynthia, and expected Palkia to know Cynthia's relatives (Verity) on sight. Which she did.
