The Adventures Continue and the various other iterations of The Batman Adventures all take place in alternate continuities with varying degrees of Broad Strokes.

Since it's hard to reconcile some of what's going on in the DCAU comics with what happens in the shows, we can just say they all take place in alternate Earths in an overall DCAU multiverse. And since The Adventures Continue is what's currently running and has a few questionable moments like Jason Todd being introduced with no prior mention in the DCAU and The Huntress having her backstory changed to her parents being gunned down to Jazzman's tune rather than Steven Mandragora killing them with his bare hands in JLU, we can surmise that The Adventures Continue really takes place in an alternate universe. In this continuity, all the events of B:TAS and TNBA happened as/is but after that, things start going in a different direction. Batman might have joined the Justice League but all their adventures may have went down differently than in the DCAU show. And Batman Beyond may or may not even happen and even if there will be a Terry McGinnis in this universe, his story may also be changed up and take a different turn.
